Large experience (more than twenty-five years) in legal assistance to large companies in the performance of environmental audits (due diligence), with the development of environmental compliance programs and in mergers and acquisitions and in financial and real estate transactions, especially in the energy, mining and industrial sectors. Recognized experience in complex litigation involving chemical safety, contaminated sites, air emissions, water resources management, recovery of degraded areas, specially protected areas, waste management and environmental licensing.
Practice in the legal structuring of projects involving the payment for environmental services and certified emission reductions.
