In the afternoon of August 22, 2024 the partner Fernando Tabet has participated as a speaker in the panel on "Reforestation, Regeneration and Carbon Credits: challenges and controversies", side by side with representatives from AGÊNCIA ENVOLVERDE, MORFO, the Secretariat of Environment, Infrastructure and Logistics of the State of São Paulo - SEMIL and ARBOLINK, at the 3rd Forum on Bioeconomy and Sustainability of the France-Brazil Chamber of Commerce - CCIFB, which was organized in partnership with the NGO DIA DA TERRA BRASIL, at the library auditorium of Villa-Lobos Park, in São Paulo. The programe of the event included panels on "Trademarks and Climate Emergencies", "Bioeconomy and Technology", "Human Rights and Bioeconomy", "Food Safety" and "Sustainable Finance". Among the other moderators and speakers were representatives from several other organizations, such as the Brazilian Business Council for Sustainable Development - CEBDS, UTOPIES BRASIL, BUSNELLOS'S SOLLUTIONS, HELEXIA, VEOLIA, MERCADO LIVRE, CAPGEMINI, CNP SEGURADORA, SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC, CARREFOUR BRASIL, L´ORÉAL, MICHELIN, DENGO and Fundação Amazonas Sustentável - FAS. In the morning of June 6, 2024, the partner Fernando Tabet was side by side with Corinne Fontenelle (FRANCE-BRAZIL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE - CCIFB) and Cyrille Bellier (REVER CONSULTING) in the copresidency of the event organized in the context of the Bioeconomy Commission of CCIFB, which was oriented to liders in the ESG field, to "Accelerate the engagement with the ESG journey and the opportunities associated to COP 30". The event counted on a presentation performed about the topic by Elisabeth Laville (UTOPIES). 

In the morning of April 18, 2024, the partner Fernando Tabet has participated, as a moderator, in the panel "THE EUROPEAN DIRECTIVE ON SUSTAINABILITY REPORTS (CSRD): IMPORTANCE TO THE COMPANIES IN BRAZIL", jointly organized by the Bioeconomy and Legal Commissions of the France-Brazil Chamber of Commerce (CCIFB). The event also counted on the participation, as speakers, of Cyrille Bellier (REVER CONSULTING / UTOPIES BRASIL), Carolina Hasegawa (REVER CONSULTING / UTOPIES BRASIL), Fernanda Souza (CHENUT ADVOGADOS) and Edouard Lemoalle (ADALTYS AVOCATS). On September 29, 2023, the city of Vancouver, Canada, hosted the Annual Meeting of the Inter-American Network of Specialists in Environmental Legislation - RIELA, which congregates independent law firms with practice in the environmental field in all Americas. On the previous day, the 2023 Environmental Law Update seminar took place in the same location under the organization of the Canadian law firm GOWLING WLG, which will counted on speakers from several other also RIELA-member firms, distributed among the following thematic panels: 1. Critical Minerals and the Clean Energy Transition; 2. ESG Reporting: Canada´s New Mandatory Supply Chain Transparency Reporting Law; 3. Update: Mining in Latin America; 4. Consultation, Accommodation and Project Certainty (Social License to Operate); 5. Extended Producer Responsibility, Stewardship, and Control of Single Use Produtcs; 6. Entrenching Rights to a Healty Environment; 7. ESG&I Reporting - Environmental, Social, Governance and Indigenous. TABET ADVOGADOS is the exclusive member of RIELA in Brazil and was represented in such events by its partner Fernando Tabet, who also acted as a speaker in the seminar.

The firm TABET ADVOGADOS was one of the supporters of the 2nd Forum on Bioeconomy and Sustainability of the France-Brazil Chamber of Commerce, which was held in the morning of August 31, 2023, in the city of São Paulo (AYA HUB Auditorium - Matarazzo City Complex). The event counted on speakers from various organizations, which were be grouped into 3 thematic panels: Panel 1 - "The Biotechnology in Favor of Bioeconomy and Biodiversity"; Panel 2 - "Environmental Sustainability in the Industry, Civil Construction and Energy Generation"; Panel 3 - "Innovative Solutions for the Protection of the Waters". The initial presentation was about "The Combat Against Greenwashing". The partner Fernando Tabet performed the opening speech and acted as moderator of Panel 3. On August 15, 2023, in the morning, the partner Fernando Tabet participated alongside Marcio Tabach (Consultant of ISG INFORMATION SERVICES GROUP) as moderator of the Webinar about "THE TECHNOLOGY AS AN ALLY IN THE REDUCTION OF CARBON EMISSIONS", organized by the France-Brazil Chamber of Commerce (CCIFB), within the joint scope of the Technology and Innovation and Bioeconomy Commissions. The event was the scene of a presentation performed by Filipi Baggiotto (Executive of CAPGEMINI) and also counted on the participation, as members of the table of debates, of Lucas Romeu (MOURA PETRONE SOCIEDADE DE ADVOGADOS), Luciano Macaferri Rodrigues (Executive Officer of THALES) and Corinne Fontenelle (National Executive Officer of CCIFB).
