The firm TABET ADVOGADOS was one of the supporters of the 2nd Forum on Bioeconomy and Sustainability of the France-Brazil Chamber of Commerce, which was held in the morning of August 31, 2023, in the city of São Paulo (AYA HUB Auditorium - Matarazzo City Complex). The event counted on speakers from various organizations, which were be grouped into 3 thematic panels: Panel 1 - "The Biotechnology in Favor of Bioeconomy and Biodiversity"; Panel 2 - "Environmental Sustainability in the Industry, Civil Construction and Energy Generation"; Panel 3 - "Innovative Solutions for the Protection of the Waters". The initial presentation was about "The Combat Against Greenwashing". The partner Fernando Tabet performed the opening speech and acted as moderator of Panel 3. On August 15, 2023, in the morning, the partner Fernando Tabet participated alongside Marcio Tabach (Consultant of ISG INFORMATION SERVICES GROUP) as moderator of the Webinar about "THE TECHNOLOGY AS AN ALLY IN THE REDUCTION OF CARBON EMISSIONS", organized by the France-Brazil Chamber of Commerce (CCIFB), within the joint scope of the Technology and Innovation and Bioeconomy Commissions. The event was the scene of a presentation performed by Filipi Baggiotto (Executive of CAPGEMINI) and also counted on the participation, as members of the table of debates, of Lucas Romeu (MOURA PETRONE SOCIEDADE DE ADVOGADOS), Luciano Macaferri Rodrigues (Executive Officer of THALES) and Corinne Fontenelle (National Executive Officer of CCIFB). In the morning of June 16, 2023 the partner Fernando Tabet has moderated the joint meeting of the Legal Commission and the Bioeconomy Commission of the France-Brazil Chamber of Commerce, which hosted a presentation performed by the lawyer Fernando Barboza Dias, from the firm BARBOZA DIAS ADVOGADOS, about "THE CRIMINAL LIABILITY OF LEGAL ENTITIES AND ITS EXECUTIVE OFFICERS". At the end of the afternoon of April 25, 2023, the partner Fernando Tabet has participated in the panel of debates about "PROTECTION OF THE OCEANS: THE CASE OF THE SÃO PAULO AIRCRAFT CARRIER SHIP SINKING", organized in the context of the Coordination of Contaminated Sites and Pesticides of the Permanent Commission of the Environment of the São Paulo Section of the Brazilian Bar Association, beside the lawyer and President of the Commission, Rosa Ramos, the lawyer and Pernambuco State Attorney, Giovana Ferreira, and the biologist, professor at the University of Pernambuco and researcher of the Advanced Institute of Technology and Innovation (IATI), Múcio Banja Fernandes. In the morning of March 15, 2023 the partner Fernando Tabet has attended the General Ordinary Meeting of the France-Brazil Chamber of Commerce ("CCIFB") in São Paulo, in which he has presented a summary of the activities performed in 2022 by CCIFB's Bioeconomy Commission under his coordination. On the same occasion, Fernando Tabet was reelected for an additional mandate as member of CCIFB's Board of Directors.

On February 14, 2023 the partner Fernando Tabet performed a presentation about "Emerging Contaminants: the control of PFAS", in a webinar organized in the context the Coordination of Contaminated Sites and Pesticides of the Permanent Commission of the Environment of the São Paulo Section of the Brazilian Bar Association. The overture of the event has been performed by the President of the Commission, the Mrs. Rosa Ramos.
